Geomdansan Mountain (검단산)

Located east of Hanam City Hall, Geomdansan Mountain is a representative landmark of Hanseong. From the summit, one can admire the scenery of Yangsu-ri, where the Namhangang River and Bukhangang Rivers converge, as well as the Paldangho Lake area, making it a popular day-trip hiking course near Seoul. It is conveniently located near Seoul with easy access, well-maintained hiking trails, and relatively easy courses, making it ideal for a family outing or day hike.
